The problem

A local Mexican scaffolding rental business needed more than just an online presence — they needed visibility into how their business was actually performing. They had no structured way to manage their product catalog online, and no insight into which services were attracting the most interest or where their leads were coming from.

My role

Delivered under Indexo. I led the client relationship, designed the product, and handled all development end to end. The stack was entirely Laravel.

The approach

The catalog itself was straightforward, but the more valuable layer was the intelligence built around it. The client's primary communication channels were WhatsApp and phone calls, so rather than pointing them toward generic analytics, we built a system that tracked exactly what mattered to their workflow — inquiries by channel, product interest over time, and lead volume month by month.

The solution

We built a Laravel-based platform with a product catalog and a full admin panel for CRUD operations. On top of that, we integrated three tracking layers: Google Analytics for standard visit data, Callr for phone call tracking, and a custom-built system to log and display WhatsApp inquiries over time. Admins could log in and see which products and services were receiving the most interest, giving them a data-driven basis for prioritizing their marketing efforts.

The outcome

The business went from having no visibility into their leads to having a consolidated dashboard showing performance across all three of their main contact channels. The product interest data gave them a clear signal for where to focus their marketing — something they had no way of measuring before.
